Refund policy

Unwanted Items:
We hope you love your purchases as much as we enjoy creating them. However, if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with our returns address and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Please note, we do not provide return labels, and the customer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Damages and Issues:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@huem.co.uk. Kindly include photos of the item, including one of the packaging with the original shipping label. Upon reviewing the issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement, depending on stock availability. Returns are processed within 7-10 working days, though this may take longer during busy periods.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as made-to-order or personalised items). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or refund delivery charges.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@huem.co.uk.
